Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 12th March 2023 Written Episode Update: In today’s episode, Abhimanyu smiles, seeing Akshara in his imagination. Mahima and Rohan spot Abhimanyu. Manjiri asks Mahima if Abhimanyu is fine. Mahima tells Manjiri that Abhimanyu had blood loss. She adds that children’s prayers are truly answered. Manjiri gets happy.
She further demands Mahima let them take Abhimanu back to her house. Manjiri says they will be able to take care of Abhimanyu better at home. Arohi sides with Manjiri and asks Mahima to let them take Abhimanyu. Manjiri pleads for Mahima. Mahima asks Parth to set up at home for Abhimanyu. Manjiri gets happy.
Manish talks with Suhasini. He says that because of his name, Abhimanyu will be caught up in one problem or another. Swarna offers prasad to Suhasini and Manish. She says she does the veneration for Abhimanyu. Abhir informs Swarna, Suhasini, and Manish that Abhimanyu is fine and their prayer has been answered.
Suhasini corrects Abhir for going out alone at night. Akshara says to Abhir that she will slap him next time if she goes out alone. Abhir apologizes to Akshara. He made further demands for medicine. Akshara remembers leaving her purse at the hospital. Muskaan takes Abhir inside to put him to sleep. Abhir takes Manish and Swarna along.
Abhinav decides to bring back Akshara’s purse. Akshara says she will get her purse later. Abhinav says a woman’s world revolves around her purse, and he can’t leave her world. He decides to get the purse back. Arohi decides to take care of Abhimanyu. A person on the call asked Arohi if she would be able to take care of Abhimanyu alone.
Arohi remembers Akshara running after hearing about Abhimanyu’s accident. Shefali asks Arohi not to overthink and to focus on her future. Manjiri asks Arohi to demand Akshara, or else she won’t be able to move on in her life. She asks Arohi to make Akshara understand.
Abhinav gets restless. He gets a call from Neelima. Neelima asks Abhinav if everything is fine between him and Akshara. Abhinav avoids Neelima’s call. He further goes to bring Akshara’s purse. Abhinav meets Abhimanyu. He prays for Abhimanyu’s happiness. Arohi meets Akshara. She demands Akshara not to break Ruhi’s heart by re-entering Abhimanyu’s life. She asks Akshara to leave Udaipur. Abhimanyu asks Abhinav how he should be happy when his happiness is with him.
He demands that Abhinav return Abhimanyu. Abhinav gets angry. He says to Abhimanyu that he is doing wrong by thinking about his wife. Abhimanyu confesses his love for Akshara in front of Abhinav. Abhinav asks Abhimanyu to rest. Abhimanyu says to Abhinav that he can never stop loving Akshara. He adds that Abhinav came between Akshara and him. Abhinav stands stunned. Both argue for Akshara.
