Simran Biography: Rishibala Naval, famously known by her stage name Simran, is a prominent Indian film actress and television personality. With a career that spans more than 25 years, she has been one of the most versatile and talented actresses in the industry during this period, appearing in 75 films in various languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Simran is a popular actress and model who hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. Born in 1976 as Rishibala Naval into a Punjabi family, Simran spent her early years living in the Versova neighborhood. After graduating with a B.Com. from a Mumbai university, Simran pursued her passion for the performing arts by beginning her career as a model.
Simran has since carved a niche for herself in the industry, making appearances in multiple Hindi and Tamil movies. Apart from her prowess in modeling, Simran is also a trained Bharatanatyam and Salsa dancer and is known for her fluency in four different languages: Punjabi, Hindi, English, Tamil, and Telugu. In 2003, Simran married her childhood family friend, Deepak Bagga, and the couple was blessed with two sons: Adheep and Aadit.
Simran is an Indian film actress who made her debut in the 1986 Hindi movie Ek Chadar Maili Si as a child artist. Simran’s first lead role was in the 1995 Hindi film Sanam Harjai, and she has worked in a range of movies from V.I.P. to Vaaranam Aayiram in various languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
After her marriage, she transitioned to television and did several serials, and hosted a game show called Jackpot on Jaya TV. Presently, she is one of the judges on the reality show Dance Tamizha Dance in Zee Tamizh. She has had a long and successful career in the entertainment business. She has done well in both movies and TV shows.
