What Is Physical Fitness?: Physical fitness kehte hain ki sharir ki kshamta hai din bhar ke karyo ko aasaani se karne ki bina thakan ke. Yeh sharirik roop se swasth, mansik roop se chaukanna aur bhavnaatmak roop se sthir hone ki sthiti hai. Physical fitness sirf takatwar ya maanspeshi nahi hona hai; yeh lachile hone, acchi sthiti mein rehne aur sthirta hona bhi hai.

Physical fitness ke ango ko teen shreniyon mein vibhajit kiya ja sakta hai: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength aur flexibility. Cardiovascular endurance maanspeshiy gatividhiyon ke dauraan hriday, phefde aur rakt vahikaon ki shamta hai oxygen ko muscles tak pahunchane ki. Muscular strength sankraman ke khilaf shakti se pratikriya karne ki shamta hai. Flexibility joint ki chalane ki range aur maanspeshiyon ki kheechne ki shamta ko darshata hai.

Cardiovascular endurance aerobics jaise running, cycling, swimming ya brisk walking se badhaya ja sakta hai. Yeh gatividhiyan dil aur phefde ko majboot banati hain aur sharir mein oxygen aur poshak tatvon ki gati ko sudhar deti hain. Niymit aerobics se dil ki bimari, lakva aur madhumeh ka khatra bhi kam hota hai.

Muscular strength weight lifting, push-ups aur pull-ups jaise resistance training se badhaya ja sakta hai. Resistance training maanspeshiyon ki sankhya aur haddi ki ghanatv ko badhata hai aur posture, balance aur coordination ko sudharata hai. Yeh umra se judi maanspeshi khone ko rokne aur metabolic rate ko sudharne mein bhi sahayak ho sakta hai.

Flexibility yoga, Pilates aur tai chi jaise stretching exercises se badhaya ja sakta hai. Stretching exercises joint ki chalane ki range ko badhata hai, maanspeshiyon ki kathorata ko kam karta hai aur chot se bachav karta hai. Yeh tanav ko kam karne aur aaram ko badhane mein bhi sahayak ho sakta hai.

In teeno shreniyon ke alawa, physical fitness sharir ki sankhya, yaani sharir mein charbi, maanspeshi aur haddi ka anupat, ko bhi sammilit karta hai. Ek swasth sharir ki sankhya ke saath rehna samany swasthya aur svasth arogya ke liye mahatvapurn hai aur niymit vyayam aur svasth aahar ke mishran se prapt kiya ja sakta hai.

Physical fitness ke bahut se fayde hai samany swasthya aur svasth arogya ke liye. Niymit sharirik gatividhiyon se dil ki bimari, lakva aur madhumeh jaisi chronic bimariyon ka khatra kam ho sakta hai. Yeh tanav, chinta aur depression ko kam karke mansik swasthya ko sudhar sakta hai aur svasth bhavna aur svabhiman ki bhavnaon ko badha sakta hai.
