Kundali Bhagya 6th March 2023 Written Episode Update: The episode begins with The doctor giving the baby to Preeta. Karan enters the room. The nurse gives another baby to Karan. Karan tells Preeta that he missed all these moments when Kavya was born. He says that these babies returned all the happiness to him.
He tells her that he is so happy and that he loves her. Kavya comes there and says that she also wants to see the babies. Karan and Preeta show the babies to Kavya. The doctor tells them that they have to take the babies to the baby care unit for observation.
Beeji says that she can’t wait to meet Preeta and the babies. Rakhi tells her that the doctor told them to wait. Preeta and Karan come out of the room with the babies. Everyone gets emotional when they see the babies. Preeta tells them that they have to take the babies to the baby care unit. Karan and Preeta move toward the baby care unit. Karan tells Preeta that his babies are looking handsome like him.
Preeta tells him that his babies will become more handsome than him. Nidhi comes there and congratulates them. She gets happy seeing the babies. Anjali regains her consciousness and hears everything. Preeta asks Nidhi what the latter is doing there. Nidhi tells her that she came for a routine checkup and leaves there.
A nurse takes Karan and Preeta to the baby care unit. Karan and Preeta keep the babies entertained on the swings. They tell the babies that they will return soon and leave there. Preeta tells Karan that her babies will love her more. Kareena says that babies are looking like Karan. Dadi agrees with her. Beeji tells them that babies are looking like Preeta.
Srishti agrees with Beeji. Sameer says that babies are looking like Kavya. Kavya comes there and tells them that she brought toys for her brothers. Rakhi says that the elders did not bring anything. Kavya reveals that Rishabh helped her. Srishti says that she brought a gift for Preeta.
Rakhi gets sad that she did not buy anything. Dadi assures her that they will give gifts to babies on ‘Naam Karan’ day. Luthras talks about Srishti and Sameer’s babies. Srishti and Sameer get shy and leave from there. Preeta tells Karan that she is so happy today. Karan tells her that she looks tired too. She says that she doesn’t want to stay away from babies for a second, either. He tells her that babies are going to snatch his share of love too. She notices that Nidhi is looking tense, and she asks Karan to help Nidhi. Karan nods at her and leaves from there.
Srishti tells Sameer that she is already a mother because Preeta’s babies will call her ‘Maasi’. Karan takes the phone from Nidhi and solves the problem. He tells her that he will solve all the remaining problems too. Nidhi informs him that she is returning to London. Preeta feels like someone is following her.
