Kundali Bhagya 10th March 2023 Written Episode Update: Karan begs Anjali not to hurt his baby at the start of the episode. Anjali praises Nidhi for bringing Karan. She asks Karan not to worry about his baby. She informs him that she even hired a nurse to take care of his baby. So he should come soon and disconnect the call. Srishti tells Sameer to drive fast. She says that they don’t know the farm’s address, and Karan needs their help.
In the hospital, Rakhi asks Luthras to leave her alone. Mahesh scolds her. Rishabh tells Rakhi that they won’t leave her alone. Rakhi wonders how Mahesh can reprimand her. Kareena tells Rakhi that they care about her. Rakhi says that she is worried about Preeta and wants to see her. Mahesh and Dadi ask Rakhi not to leave the room. Rakhi says that she has to go and leaves the room.
Rakhi enters Preeta’s room and finds Preeta unconscious. She tells herself that Preeta got to know her babies were in danger, and that’s why she got attacked. And Preeta would have left to save her baby if she had been conscious then. She regrets letting the doctor inject sleeping medicine into Preeta. She apologizes to her. She promises that she won’t let anything happen to the baby. Preeta regains her consciousness slightly and asks about her babies. Rakhi tells her that Karan will bring the baby back. The doctor examines Preeta. Preeta falls asleep.
Nidhi asks Karan to stop the car because she wants to talk to him. She says that they need help handling Anjali. Karan notices Srishti and Sameer. Srishti tells him that they came to help him. Nidhi says that they should involve the police too because handling Anjali won’t be easy. Karan asks what would happen if Anjali got to know about it. Sameer tells him that Anjali won’t get to know anything.
Anjali hears everything, and she video-calls Karan. She says that she knows they are plotting against her. And Nidhi can’t see her sister’s happiness. She informs Karan that she is going to shift somewhere else. And Nidhi is responsible for whatever happens to the baby. Karan asks her not to leave the farmhouse. She reveals that she fixed a device on Nidhi’s dress. She warns them not to involve the police if they don’t want her to leave the farmhouse then.
Rakhi tells Dadi that Preeta is not fine and cries. Kritika tells Rakhi that they have one baby with them. Rakhi asks her to bring the baby. Kritika leaves there. Preeta wakes up and notices the empty swings. She searches for her babies and leaves the room. One man makes Preeta unconscious and kidnaps her. Karan and others reach the farmhouse. They search for Anjali, but no one is there. Karan wonders where Anjali went. Nidhi tells him that Anjali ran away, and someone is sure to be helping her.
