Katha Ankahee 9th February 2023 Written Episode Update: The episode starts with Viaan waking up the next day and drinking a glass of water. Before Ehsan forces him to drink, he recalls Ehsan and Katha’s dance as well as his own dance performance. Dev inquires if Viaan prefers black coffee. Viaan confirms, then inquires as to who drove him home last night. Dev informs him that Ehsan dropped him and says there is a woman with them too. Viaan recognizes Katha and enters his room. On the other side, Katha recalls what happened.

Nirija arrives and inquires about the party. Katha says it was okay. Nirija asks her what happened at the party that made her act this way. She also asks whether Ehsan made her upset. Katha tells Nirija that Ehsan is a good friend to her. Nirija asks her then if Viaan is the one who is bothering her, and she says she is too good at pleading for such information. Katha asks her to find out why Aarav hasn’t returned from home yet. Nirija gets a call from someone and gets nervous. Katha fails to notice it and leaves for the office.
Katha Ankahee 9th February 2023 Written Episode Update
Aarav gets praise from his master. It irritates two children. One of the kids decides to teach a lesson to Aarav for getting the limelight. Aarav is disappointed that he will not be able to meet Robin. In the office, Viaan sees Katha in her cabin. He hesitates to go inside. Katha notices it but focuses on her work. Viaan goes to her cabin. He then inquires whether she reached home safely.
Katha says yes and tells Ehsan to drop her safely at her house. Viaan apologizes to Katha for getting drunk. He also asks her if he made her feel uncomfortable by saying anything. Katha says nothing. Ehsan sees Viaan in Katha’s room, so he deliberately goes inside and interrupts their conversation. He makes a joke about Viaan’s inebriation before inquiring about Katha’s condition. Katha says yes, then focuses on her work. Viaan asks Ehsan to meet him in the cabin and then leaves. Ehsan sighs at Katha and then goes behind Viaan.
Ehsan questions Viaan about why he summoned him to the cabin. Viaan says to Ehsan that he is sure that he didn’t have a single drop of alcohol with his knowledge during the party and that all he had was the juice, which Ehsan forced him to have, and asks him to tell the truth. Ehsan acts and says to Viaan that he is concerned, so he makes him have juice, but he never even once thought Viaan would suspect him. He goes on to say that a true drunken man would act like Viaan is now.
Viaan gets angry and asks him about the joke Ehsan made about his drinking habits. He also reminds him that it’s always been him who has saved him and taken care of him when he drinks the most. Ehsan tries to guilt-trip Viaan, saying that the latter is unnecessarily questioning him. He then decides to leave but stops when Viaan tells him that Katha isn’t someone who is into casual relationships. He also says that Katha has gone through so much that she deserves the world. He asks Ehsan not to make the mistake of thinking Katha can be in a casual relationship.
Ehsan mocks him, then asks him to assist him in obtaining Katha because he genuinely loves her, and then departs. Viaan observes Katha from his cabin and thinks to himself that Ehsan hasn’t changed much since his childhood. Ehsan and Katha have lunch together. Katha refuses to have meat. Teji calls Katha and tells her she will send a few more photos of Viaan and Ehsan when they started the business earlier. Katha says okay. Ehsan and Katha discuss how their loved ones’ memories will live on after they are gone.

Ehsan then says to Katha that he is worried about Viaan and tries to probe Katha about what happened in Dubai, saying that because of it, Viaan is disturbed. Katha gets furious and tells Ehsan nothing happened. She then tells Ehsan that she is capable of solving her own problems. Ehsan lightened up the situation by joking. He then inquires about Katha’s feelings about Yacht. Katha helps him by giving him her opinion. Ehsan asks the person on the other line to book the yacht, which Katha chooses, shocking the latter.
He also says to Katha that she helped him choose and thanks her. On the other side, Aarav shows the dress he bought for Katha and calls her the prettiest woman in the world. Katha arrives there and gives laddu made by atta to Reet, saying this is good for her health during pregnancy. Katha notices Kailash is silent when Kavita apologizes for failing to be there for her during her pregnancy. Katha asks her not to say Adi has taken good care of her. She then requests to have Kavita and Kailash participate in Aarav’s school grandparent’s day function. Kavita agrees. Reet gets upset hearing it.
