Imlie 27th February 2023 Written Episode Update: The episode starts with Ginni insisting that Arto and Imlie dance with her family. Everyone joyfully dances to the song “Kashmir Se Kanyakumari.” Chini gets irked watching their dance. She takes Imlie aside and asks her to get some rest, as she is not well. Imlie says Arto is there to give her support. Arto again takes Imlie away to dance with her. Anu says Imlie is acting like she is the owner of the house. Chini says first she has to act as if she cares for her, then she will take her revenge. Imlie says she is hungry, and she orders Chini to bring spicy food.
Imlie troubles her by asking her to bring different cuisines. She thinks it’s her turn to trouble Chini. Chini gets tired at last, and Imlie enjoys the food. Anu mocks Imlie for making Chini work nonstop. She is exhausted. Imlie thinks she will not stop until Chini is thrown out of the house. The Ranas give Imlie expensive gifts, and Anu wonders why they are giving diamonds to a maid’s daughter. Her mother and grandmother are both maids. Devika says Imlie is the real diamond for them, and her mother worked hard to raise her daughter. Kia is envious as Imlie receives a genuine diamond at a phony wedding reception.
Even on fake reception, Imlie believes they are cheering her up. She says she only needs their blessings and nothing else. Chini brings the letter of termination and gives it to Imlie to see her reaction. Chini and Anu discuss how Imlie is looking so tense, as technically she joined the job after marriage, so she must have forgotten it too. According to Chini, Imlie is about to be exposed.
Arto examines the letter and claims that the courier made a mistake. Arto tells Rudra to hide the truth from Imlie. Imlie acts like someone can fire her from a job even before she joins. Her family lied to her and told her that it was just a misunderstanding and she should not worry. Imlie thinks she is keeping everyone in the dark, and that’s the reason why she lost her job.
Anu tells Chini Imlie was acting smart, and Chini’s plan flopped again. Chini says she had the guts to make it work. Chini says if Imlie tries to save her job, then her lie will get exposed. If she acts, then she will lose her job. In both ways, she will fail. Anu says Imlie is the owner of Bhaskar Times, and she can get her job back. Chini says she will keep an eye on her. Imlie says she will do something to save her job and make her parents proud. Arto talks to the manager, asking why he fired Imlie when she is ill.
She is qualified for this position, and he is willing to work with her. The manager says it was Imlie’s choice to be treated like other employees. Her mother was hardworking and dedicated; she never compromised with her work. Imlie overhears Arto’s talk, and the latter gets upset. Imlie asks him if he is okay. He advises her to join their family business instead of wasting her talent by sitting at home. Imlie says she will think about it; later, she says she won’t disappoint her parents, who gave their best contribution to the Bhaskar Times. She will undoubtedly regain her job.
