Anuj asks Anupama to keep him updated. Anu looks for Anupama. Anuj tells Anu about Paritosh. Anu says that every time she needs Anupama, Shah needs her too. Anuj asks Anu not to feel bad. Anu decides to pray for Paritosh. She further asks Anuj to help her complete her project. Maya decides to help Anu.
Anupama asks Vanraj why the doctor isn’t saying anything about Paritosh. Vanraj asks Anupama to wait. The doctor informs Shahs that Paritosh has suffered a paralytic attack. Vanraj asks the doctor how it is possible, as Vanraj is young.
Leela asks Hasmuk what a paralytic attack is. Hasmuk tells Leela that Paritosh suffered paralysis. The doctor tells Shahs that paralytic attacks happen when there is too much pressure on the brain. Vanraj and Anupama stand stunned. The doctor says that if Paritosh regains consciousness within 24 hours, he will be able to recover; otherwise, complications will arise.
Anupama breaks down. She asks Paritosh to wake up and not punish them for being his parents. Shahs cry. Anuj learns about Paritosh’s condition. Anu asks Anuj to give a get-well card to Paritosh. Anuj decides to drop Anu off at school. Anu insists on Maya accompanying her. Maya hesitates. Anu insists on Maya. Anupama spots Maya and Anuj going into the car together. Barkha says Maya is there too. Ankush asks Barkha if it was necessary to take Maya’s name. Barkha says it was important. Anupama breaks down on a video call with Anuj for not giving time to Anu. Anuj consoled Anupama. Vanraj and Anupama learn from the doctor about Paritosh’s deadly stroke. They notify Shahs of the situation.
