1. Lying in the dark after waking up in the morning
Often people use mobile phones while lying on the bed after getting up. It is not appropriate to do so at all. Open your windows as soon as you open your eyes in the morning and remove the curtains and get exposed to natural light. If you have some time, a short walk in the open environment will be even more effective. When exposed to natural light in the morning, the body releases the hormone cortisol. Which completely opens your sleep and releases melatonin.
2. Not drinking water
The second thing you have to do after waking up in the morning is to drink a glass of lukewarm water. If you wake up in the morning and go out for a walk, keep it at the forefront of your morning routine. It rehydrates your body and also activates your digestive system. If you consume any kind of food item in the morning without drinking water, then it puts more pressure on your digestive system. Due to which your digestive health can be affected. If you want, after 15 to 20 minutes of getting up in the morning, you can also drink water mixed with lemon, turmeric or honey.
3. Being in a hurry to go to office after waking up in the morning
The state in which your mind stays in the morning decides the energy power of your whole day. So keep your mind calm in the morning and try to be as relaxed as you can. If you have to rush to go to work every morning, always plan your next morning 1 day in advance. So at least you will have some time for yourself in which you can start your day with yoga, walking, meditation etc.
4. Using a mobile phone when you wake up in the morning
As soon as they wake up in the morning, 80% of smartphone users are the first to take their phone in their hands. Because of which the complete peace achieved by sleep is immediately dissolved. When you wake up in the morning, the use of mobile phone increases the stress on your mind. Along with this, we are exposed to darkness for a long time before getting up, due to which suddenly the brightness of the phone falls on the eyes, the health of the eyes is also badly affected. Therefore, avoid using mobile at least for 1 hour after waking up in the morning.
5. The Habit of Skipping Breakfast
Most of us skip breakfast many times in a rush and haste. However, this should not be done as it can affect your health. It is necessary to take some amount of calories with waking up in the morning.
It helps in controlling heart attack, diabetes and many other health problems. Along with this, if you skip breakfast, you feel more hungry throughout the day. At the same time, the habit of having breakfast in the morning helps your body to absorb the necessary nutrients.
