Here are 5 vegan superfoods that can do wonders for your hair

1. Coconut Oil- Coconut oil is used for hair growth. It nourishes the hair. Due to which hair fall also reduces. Using this oil before shampooing does not reduce the protein of the hair. Due to this there is no hair loss.

What is the right way to use coconut oil

Take coconut oil as required in a bowl and make it lukewarm and massage the hair with it and leave it overnight (if you have oily skin then leave it for 2-3 hours). Shampoo in the morning. Try this recipe 2-3 times a week.


2. Linseed oil- Flax seeds not only contain iron but also omega-3 in abundance. Iron aids in hair growth. On the other hand, omega fatty acids keep the hair healthy by removing the problems related to the scalp.
