How you can practice Sudarshan Kriya

1. First do Ujjayi Kriya

Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and legs crossed.
Close your eyes slowly.
Take slow and deep breaths.
Take a slow breath.
Repeat 2-4 times in a minute.

2. Chanting Om

Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and legs crossed.
Close your eyes slowly and take deep breaths.
While exhaling say the word ‘o’ and draw the sound of ‘m’.
Then take a deep breath.
While exhaling say the word ‘o’ and draw the sound of ‘o’.
Now while exhaling, pronounce the word ‘O’ while pronouncing both the letters equally.
Repeat a few more times.

3. Finally do Bhastrika

Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and legs crossed.
Extend arms straight above your shoulders.
Make fists with your hands.
At the same time inhale and open your fists in the air.
Exhale and bring your arms down to shoulder level. While doing this, close your hands again in fists.
Repeat this 20-30 times in a minute.
